I am very pleased with the service provided by Ark Plumbing. A couple of weeks ago, my floor drain was backing up in the garage. I was able to get a service technician out to my home that same afternoon. Izaak made quick work of the problem. He also checked the crawl space to make sure it was not backing up there as well. He did discover, however, that main sewer stack was leaking (my house is very old, so no surprise there). He showed me a picture of the leaking pipe. A couple of days ago, Izaak and a co-worker replaced all the old cast iron piping in the crawl space - it looks great! A great relief to me to have this updated. Both young men very personable, professional and efficient. The work was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Ark to anyone with plumbing problems.
